On Tuesday 30th March 2021 the recently announced Digital Enterprise TOP 100 were invited to the campaign's Celebration Event. At the virtual Celebration Event, members of the TOP 100 had their first opportunity to meet each other and take part in the celebration.

 

Hosted by Jonny Ross, the guests were welcomed by Muz Mumtaz, Head of Digital Enterprise, Nicki Clark, Chief Executive of UMi and Leanne Miller, Programme Manager at the Digital Knowledge Exchange. Each TOP 100 business was given a spotlight as they were announced showcasing the variety of business activity being recognised as part of the campaign and also the representation throughout the Leeds City Region including Bradford, Caderdale, Craven, Harrogate, Kirklees, Leeds, Selby, Wakefield and York.

Host Jonny Ross was joined by four of the ten Leading Lights of the campaign including Dave Tucker, CEO of Sonocent, Bill Beaumont, Founder and Director of Distant Future Animation Studio, Scott Jenkins, Sales and Operations Director at Autohorn Fleet Services and Bobby Thandi, CEO and Founder of XR Games. During the panel conversation each Leading Light gave a generous and inspirational insight into their business and their success over the previous 12 months.

The TOP 100 Celebration Event coincided with the launch of the Digital Enterprise TOP 100 Special Report which features an index of the TOP 100 and in depth interviews with some of the campaigns Leading Lights and organisers Digital Enterprise and UMi.
